Submitting the consultation form does not create a contract. Any pool construction, remodeling, or resurfacing work requires a separate signed agreement. You must be 18 years of age or older, or a parent or legal guardian signing on behalf of a minor, to enter into a signed agreement with us. The consultation form itself requires you to confirm you are at least 13 years old.
